DeoxIt - Get the Red and Gold combo pack which is available at RadioShack if you don't want to wait for snail mail.
 
Also, apply with pipe cleaners.

  The following 2 items work for me.
 
1. 99% (Isopropyl) alcohol
 
This is actually the main ingredient in many of the so-called "branded" cleaners.
You can get this from any nearby pharmacy.
