I have a pair of Beyerdynamic 770 pros with red leather pads on them. The leather is starting to look pretty nasty where I grab them all the time with my hands. Any methods of cleaning then without removing the color?

You could go to a auto parts store and get a leather cleaner and separate conditioner.
