Hey guys,
Whats the best way to clean grills on a headphone. I have an ATH-AD2000 that got really dirty from travelling and I'm having a hard time cleaning the crap on the grills. I tried an air duster but it didn't at all. What do you guys do to clean a headphone with grills?

You can try isopropanol, but only if the grill doesn't have removable paint (for metal it works best). But you need to be carefull, have the 'phones upside down so no isopropanol from the cloth drips onto the driver. That could be a terrible thing! (EDIT: starting to think that this may be too risky, regardless of how well it worked for me.) Point being, if it was water, it evaporates too slow, and and cleaning product will leave a residue that will be hard to rinse out. Have you tried taking them apart and then using the duster, etc.?
