I am interested in building my own Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) circuit.
Do any of you have any experience with this?
Or have any previously used circuit diagrams that I might be interested in?

That is not a DIY project.
In fact it's a rather challenging project for a skilled engineering department.

The circuit should work a little at low frequencies, but real noise cancelling headphones are way more sophisticated and so much better. Monoprice has two models on sale under $60, worth checking out.
