[Haskell Fury]

Hello my name is Haskell,
 
This is my first time posting, and I am hoping to get some recommendations for my first custom IEM.
 
I own a hifiman re-0 and a fischer audio dba-02 and I am looking for an upgrade from those. I am looking for something that is not too expensive that has good sound quality. I was thinking of getting a custom art ei.3 however I am not at all experienced in custom IEM's so that is why I'm posting here.
 
I would also like to get a portable amp/dac for them, it is important for me to able to play them from my android phone so I am looking for a recommendation for that too, I never used one of that either.
