DONT BUY THE BLUE MODEL, I HAVE IT! ITS A PIECE OF GARBAGE!
From previous posts, there may be a difference in sound quality, i'm not sure of this because i've never heard the silver model, but the blue one is trash. My MD player sounds much better and so does my Sony discman.

I have a Panasonic 270, it is complete crap. It has a fuzzy distortion problem with sound, worse on my hd600s, but audible on the KSC-50s too whether amped or unaped. And I don't listen all that loud either. No line out either.

OK, so I guess its a race between the 570 from onecall and the 470. Lets throw the 721 in there as well.
