Chord mojo - microusb data input issues

Posting here to see if others have had (and overcome) this issue. Hadn’t used the mojo in a while, charged it up, and it seems the data usb input is dead. Light comes on when iPhone/cck/usb is plugged in, but no data seems to be sent to it (played music, no sound coming out). Tested with multiple mbps and neither recognize the mojo when connected via usb either. Tested with multiple usb cables and cck kits to rule that out as well (all work with my dragonflies).

Tested with optical port input, which does work with both headphone outputs.

Anyone see this before?

Thanks for the suggestion! Swabbed it out, no luck (wish it were that easy!)

The weird thing is, when I put a usb cable in the mojo, mojo the light turns on, so it seems to “detect” that something is plugged into it. it seems like whatever device is connected to it on the other side, doesn’t see the mojo.

Opened it up, the screws that fastened the circuit board to the case were out and rattling around. Perhaps that shorted something? reattached, closed it up, still doesn't work.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Jordan. I'm having the exact same problem with my Mojo as of yesterday. Did you end up resolving it?

I bought mine second hand only a few months ago and it's been running perfectly until now. USB input seems to know that it's plugged in, but not being acknowledged by any of the devices I plug it into. Have tried multiple devices and cables.
