So the standard cable is a micro USB to USB. But obviously these new macs don't have a USB port so I was wondering if there is a way that I can connect the Mojo into my Mac's 3.5mm headphone jack. Please let me know, thanks.

You need to feed the Mojo with digital signal so you can't use the 3.5mm jack. Use a USB type C to micro USB converter to connect your Macbook to Mojo.

You have got it the other way around. You will be feeding the Mojo from your computer and will be plugging your headphones into the Mojo.

Macbook -> USB-C to Micro USB Cable -> Chord Mojo -> Your Headphones

So what you need is a USB-C to Micro USB cable.
