I recently purchased a Chord Mojo from a user here. I've noticed that, after charging for about a half hour, I'll get coil whine that IMMEDIATELY stops unplugging it.

is there any remedy for this? is my unit at risk? what are my options?

The whine will depend on the type of charger

The Mojo is fine no damage will occur the noise is caused by the ripple current of the charging device so it will vary with charger type or may disappear entirely

thanks for the response. what are you recommendations for chargers? i'm currently using i regular USB cable plugged into my PC @Mojo ideas
