Hello,
I would really appreciate if any of you would share your ideas if you have any. I have a possibly faulty chord mojo that i bought ( that was supposedly unused). When i connected it to my windows 10 pro laptop (and installed the chord mojo software), Mojo got the signal, power button went red but windows did not detect mojo ( did restarts, re installed the software, tried previous software version, nothing helped). First i thought it might be my laptop that is the problem but now i got the usb c to micro b cable and attached mojo to cayin n3 and again i got a red power button on mojo but no sound. am i doing anything wrong ( like do i need to change some settings on cayin n3 in order for it to work with chord?) or does it indeed seem like a malfunctioning mojo?
Thank you for reading
