It can be repaired if you send it to Chord. I was quoted £50 including shipping to repair mine.

I wish it was more easily repairable though. My wheel is “sticky” and despite cleaning it etc it’s still stiff and “choppy”, sometimes producing peaks of volume at a small rotation or vice versa non working after multiple touches…

Luckily I use it mostly as pure dac

Dust is the main culprit and sweaty fingers. If you can address this its good going.
