I would never buy a DCS unit after they flied a lawsuit against reviewer for publishing facts. Look it up on YouTube.
Me either, I never bought any dCS stuff and will never look at their stuff going forward. I did listen to their equipment before the whole debacle and it did absolutely nothing for me. I don't understand at all what the fuss is about dCS, to me it sounded mediocre based on the price tag.

I'm not sure if it's not particularly visible but my Chord Dave is still available in the classifieds if anyone is looking for one.

Not sure if it is if any use but eBay uk has a no selling fees offer at the moment for private sellers.

The last time I sold something through eBay it cost me a huge amount and I thought it was primarily due to PayPal fees?

Not sure about PayPal fees on top of whatever eBay does or doesn’t charge.

Also interesting to note that if it’s advertised with international visibility and someone outside the UK buys it then it’s 3%. Looks like their standard fees are over 12% these days, which is crazy, plus whatever PayPal take presumably.

I had stopped selling on eBay as the fees seemed to have become a bit ridiculous.

I haven’t really made any effort to sell these items but there’s no point in them just sitting around in case I decide to use them again…

The Dave and M-Scaler haven’t had one enquiry from here, which has surprised me somewhat.

It is a bit of a buyers market in audio right now and folks are looking for a deal.
Your gear will eventually sell but the M Scaler may be particularly soft on pricing with a new one coming at some point.
I had several mint condition items listed and then realized I needed to lower the prices when I sold items this year.

There was a Chord Dave on eBay a few days ago advertised for £4300 which sold.
I saw the listing but it doesn’t come up when searching for sold listings. Lowest (and most recent) was £4,800 and another at £6,295.

It’s a buyers market in a lot of things at the moment. The M-Scaler price seems to be in the ballpark of what they are selling for, but no enquiries or offers at all.

Maybe this place just isn’t that good for selling these days. I had my Focal Stellia in here for ages without any enquiries and they sold very quickly on eBay but the cost of selling on eBay was horrific.

Yes I did not check on ebay until my comment about it being sold. Noticed no serial number on the Chord box as well which seemed odd.
I think it was nonsense. Much like the guy who allegedly sold his Dave, stand and M-Scaler together for £4800… righto…

Well I wasn't sure if the stand and MScaler was included or just for visual. There is no way all three sold for £4800.
The item description seemed to indicate all three as far as I can tell. Wave cables were also in the picture but not mentioned. An odd listing.
