So far we have heard from Romaz and a Japanese writer with their impressions of the new Blu2 transport and M Scaler. Are there any others here who have heard it at a show perhaps? I would be interested to hear your impressions.

I hear that Blu 2 (as well as Hugo 2 and Poly) will be at the Bristol UK Sound & Vision show the weekend of 24th Feb. That's like this weekend!
I won't be attending that, but someone closer to Bristol may want to.

Does the blu2 convert your DSD stream via USB to PCM, then sending it to the DAVE as PCM?

I guess I'm just thinking about this degrading the quality of DSD. I don't listen to much DSD, yet I'm not clear on the up upsampling and conversion to PCM, as I was told never to do it with DSD.
