Hi everyone,
I have been looking for new headphones, but I cannot make up my mind. My budget is around 100€ and I would like the headphones to have good sound quality and decent bass (not too flat), also no need for an amp.
I will use them mainly for listening to music (different genres).
These are the models that I am looking at:
- AKG k182
- AKG k361
- Audio Technica ATH-PRO5
- Audio Technica ATH-M40X
- AKG k371 (little over my budget but if they are really worth it maybe I can stretch it)
So I would appreciate your opinion about this.
Thank you all.

At these kinds of prices, my top recommendation is always Meze 99 Neo. It's over your budget, but not terribly so. They are comfortable, stylish, and sound to die for. Easily driven from smartphone.

You could get the Grado SR60x, a very good budget headphone. but grados may not be comfortable for everyone so i would recomend getting grado G pads, you can get them on aliexpress for about 1-3$ the original ones costs 50$ and there is not much difference between original and fake ones. The G pads give a extra bass and more soundstage while also being more comfortable.

I just got a pair of Thieaudio Ghost and it's my new recommendation in that price range. Tuned and even looks and feels like the Sennheiser HD650 or 600 but with Hifiman style 3.5mm cables. An Apple 3.5mm to USB adapter powers them easily and they sound great.
