Hey Guys I use this amp with my cell phone/ $1700 Gaming PC. I Currently own some mid range IEM'S like the audiofly 56 series, and a pair of the Kingston Hyper x Cloud 2's...which to my understanding are rebranded Takstar pro 80's. If I was looking to upgrade the over the ear style or studio headphones under $300 CAD what are some good choices. I know the amp I have is only 190mW @ 32 Ohms but I heard that it can drive higher impedance cans fairly well. Any suggestions?
For Reference the phone I have is a note 5 but I've been looking at getting an X3 and using the amp with it...or potentially an x1 due to price and budget. Also with my current lineup up headphones I have no complaints and more volume than I wish to use for extended periods especially for the IEM's.
