Hello,
 
I'm considering checking out another DAC for my system and I was wondering which one you would recommend... I've been out of the scene for a while
 
I can choose from:
 
Northstar M192 MKI
Monarchy NM24
Benchmark DAC1 USB
 
Which one has heard the three and can give me a good input?

The DAC1 supplies awesome performance for the price and is well covered objectively.  I think it is going to be extremely difficult to find someone who has all three currently and give you adequate advice.  Even if someone has heard all three, but no longer has them they are going off of memory.
 
Depending on your needs the JDS Labs ODAC may be another option.
