It that's true, then they do appear to be selling fakes; that cheap-looking faux leather bag is a dead giveaway. Actual ES7s come with unprinted velour bags that have a fabric "Audio Technica" tag sewn on.

It's possible if it's a second hand one, but I have seen some fake ones. The fake is much cheaper than $40

If those are indeed the pics of the actual headphones for sale, then its 100% fake. I'm very sure.

Yeah I could tell they were fakes from the cheapo bag.. Seems the best way to get these phones is from the FS forum.
