The breast, based on their is more white meat then dark, and hence less fat. I would love the wings, but they are the worst part, so I skip them fully

I find that Asians generally prefer legs and white people generally prefer breast.

Legs are more tender and juicy while there are generally more meat in a breast cut.

I prefer, in order, legs, wings, thighs, breasts, with a gap between thighs and breasts. The breasts are just often too dry.
