Looking for some (cheap) Chi-fi IEMs with a warm sound signature. I already got the KZ ES3 today but they a bit too hot in the highs for my taste. Any recommendations?

Off the bat, I would stick with KZ. The ATE, ED9, and ZS3 all have warm sound signatures without harsh treble. I don't have the ES3 so I can't compare treble response but you can't go wrong since each of those options is around or under $10.

I know this is a bit long in the tooth but, if you're willing to pay around 30 bucks, the GranVela V6 may be a good option; I actually got mine on a flash sale for $10. I would not recommend the KZ ZST (color version) as it causes pretty intense fatigue. I would also look into Massdrop, as they do lots of cheap IEM sales.
