Thanks for fully inspecting the auction post. Makes me think twice about those over inflated shipping/handling pricings.

Well, if the sale was fraudulent then there's always Paypal's buyer protection and your credit card's charge-back policies.

(I think it's the same deal with the 'no insurance = buyer's responsible for items lost in shipping' BS)

I purchase some power conditioner from him, they're alright.
Although they had a bit trouble communicating in english

There wouldn't be anything to dispute. His policies are clearly stated up front.

Based on his feedback, he seems ok for small ticket items. I wouldn't buy anything over $30 from him based on the above.
