Hey guys - looking for some advice regarding IEM - I can get custom molds made that i've had before on my Etymotic HF3s (just lost them though!) for $70 per ear. So $140 BEFORE purchasing any quality IEM.
My question is are there any more 'affordable' options that exist out there where I could get a quality headphone that has the cost of the mold included in the price? My ears aren't totally picky when it comes to fit but once you have custom buds you cant go back...
Thoughts on a solution? Is there a particular set of IEM that pair particularly well with custom buds? I think the place I'm going can made custom buds for any IEM since they send the headphones out with my mold and it comes back with a custom solution...
