I did utfse but all the sites listed are crazy expensive.
 
I'm wondering where people would advise the best place to buy CHEAP CDs is.  If they carry rare stuff too that's awesome.  So far I've used eBay, and today I'm trying discogs.com.

What exactly are you looking for? I use amazon and pretty happy about it, most of the time you can find 3rd party dealers with affordable places,
