I'm selling my LittleDot MKVI+ since I almost exclusively use my B22. I know I will miss the sound of tubes so I'd like to get a cheap (used) OTL amp that I could use once in a while with my T1 and HD650. I want to spend 250 $ - 350 $. Any recommandations ? Valhalla ? WA3 ? Audiotailor Jade ? LD MKIV ? The amp need to be fairly small.

How about a Bottlehead crack. they're supposed to be awesome with the Senns. I'm waiting for mine to be shipped

While my experience with a variety of headphone amplifiers is very minimal, I do have two well working ears, and I am more than happy with the Bottlehead Crack build with Speedball upgrade.
 
Unfortunately, less than a month ago, the price of Crack and Speedball (CCS upgrade) went up to $279 and $125 respectively.
 
Together, this puts you slightly above your range, but I and other Crack owners will tell you it is worth it and is one of the best bangs for your buck regarding headphone amps.
 
I would recommend the Crack amplifier for now if your range is true, and then grab the Speedball upgrade later on.
