Im looking for cheap IEMs in the $20 range with decent bass and midrange. I will be listening to mostly hip-hop and electronic music but will occasionally play jazz. I heard MEElectronics makes good IEMs in that range but im not sure which model best suits my music preference.

m9 or m6 if you can spend a few more $ and like the over ear design. I've only heard the m6 and it is quite decent

M6 and M9 share the same driver IIRC.

Nope they dont. M6's driver is bigger by around 2-3mm. I've taken apart both of them before.

So is the M21 better than M6 and M9? I wouldnt mind paying $21 for them

I'd say yes. To my ears, the M6 and M9 have more balanced, boosted bass/treble frequency curve and weaker in mid. M21 is more bass and mid, less prominent treble, should be what you're asking for.

Thirding M21. Can't really surpass them in a $20 IEM budget.
