Hello, I am thinking of buying a Akg Q701 and i would need a good amp along with that, would a Pro-ject head Box S be a good buy?

These are sweet, The sound is great also. It pairs with a DAC as well. It's only 200 dollars for the entire bundle. You could get a O2 if you don't like this one. It's about the same price.

I have better amps but the Little Dot1+ is a well built tube amp with a lovely sound and goes nicely with the more bright AKGs.
