If possible for about $100-$200 (the cheaper, the beter) is there a DAC with Toslink inputs so I can run the Xbox in analog sound?

Reason why is that the built-in DACs are going to sound like crap and I need the Xbox to run in analog for my 70s Marantz.

I don't want to pay too much for the DAC (honestly I don't want to go too hi-fi with this), I just need the DAC for Toslink to RCA.

Not sure if this has what you're looking for, but did you check out the creative sound blaster extigy? Heard they were commonly used for the 360 w/ optical out and can be found on ebay for around $50.
