Hey gang,
This is kind of a general issue, but I think I have figured part of it out. There are many possible causes for channel imbalance (pots, circuit design, etc.), but the culprits I'm discussing today are the mini and 1/4-inch jack. Poorly implemented designs or cheap parts here might be the cause of many imbalance complaints - maybe the manufacturing quality control isn't considered important in this Head-Fi-critical area.
Engineers, any suggestions, other than for everybody to switch to XLR jacks?
Cheers,
HiWire
