I just got them in the mail, but I can't really figure out how to change the sleeves. They're so tight and I don't want to break the IEMs. How do you do this properly?

just use your nail to pull the tube out.. you can't break the drivers, maybe only that white tube (but it's replaceable). so dont worry about breaking anything.

Don't worry man, they won't break. Just pull those things off, and don't be afraid to push hard to get the new ones on.

I second this suggestion. I also recommend using COMPLY foamies as they are more comfortable than the normal Sure ones.

i find if you give the sleeve a bit of a twist while you pull - they come right off.
