Hi there,
My pot is doing some Buzzz background noise, and would like to replace it (wit an Alps one).
But I can't remove it. I have tryed to pull the knob to reome the pot, but I'm wondering if it is not glued.
I'm afraid to brake something if I pull it too much.
Should I use soem tool or I'm going the wrong way ?
Regards

pots are often secured with a nut that threads round the pot shaft to clamp the pot to the front panel, is that the case here?  if so, undo it :p  also the knob itself may be secured to the pot shaft with a grub screw on the side, can you see one?

Pull
Very
Hard

You could try stabilizing the pot with one hand while pulling with the other, I was trying to remove the volume knob for a friend, struggled for a while, and when my friend returned, he simply yanked it off, but yeah...
