Anybody know of a good place where I can get a Chaintech AV710 with out paying a fortune?
I live in Australia, so It will have to be a local store of one that ships internationally.

The only store that stocks the AV710 in AU does charge a fortune

compared to US prices. You could use www.shopthestates.com for shipping purposes, but the US store you buy from needs to accept international credit cards (which most don't).

Your best bet would be too put a WTB thread in the for sale section. Maybe one of the US members will be able to help you out, or try an ebay seller who ships internationally.

I purchased from nevopc on ebay (USA)shipped to europe. It was about $65 total. Maybe you can find locally the hercules fortissimo, which uses also a wolfson dac of a better quality than the one in the av710.
