From what I've gathered in the posts, the card isn't good for use with surround speakers? I do want music coming out all 4 speakers instead of say the front two ... I have a Klipsch 4.1 setup that I want to change from a monster aureal for my music listening. I hardly touch games on this pc (who has time?).

Some people talked about the M-audio revo 5.1 but it's at least double the price of this chaintech card ...

Any info appreciated, tia.

The Chaintech uses an onboard-audio quality Via 1616 DAC for the first 6 channels which would make it a much worse option for surround sound then the Revo 5.1 (which uses a DAC better even than the one the Chaintech uses on it's rear output, according to the specs on the box at least).
