I was wondering if I should invest my money on a CHA47 (i'm actually trying to build my own after I am finish with my cmoy design) made for an etymotic er4s or purchasing the new Headroom supreme or cosmic. In a previous review, I remember Audio Me saying that he does not miss his Supreme amp. Is the CHA47 better than the Supreme. What do you mean when the supreme performs better but is not as smooth as the CHA47. Also how do i connect my CHA47 to my portable. Do i have to buy my own mini cable? I would like someone to post the parts for the CHA47 that would eventually make it sound much better than a supreme or even a cosmic. I'm looking forward for a pocket amp and I just can't keep waiting.

Also what mini cables do you recommend and where can I get them?

What I meant was, the Supreme had stronger bass, and more refined highs, but the CHA-47 has a sweeter midrange IMO.

To connect a portable cdp to the cha47, you need a 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo (balanced) mini plug (male) to 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo mini plug (male) cable.

From memory, I like the CHA-47 more, but I'd have to compare them side by side to really choose. But I really want to try the Cosmic.
