It looks like that the crown jewel in your bulk purchase is this:

Yes! I’m really enjoying their sound, more balanced than my STAX L700.
Punch in the bass
Better resolution
Wider soundstage (not as tall/deep)
Less forward midrange
Looking forward listening for improvement with burn in.
Also consider the brand new HE6 at 600$ a decent crown jewel.
Newer owned a HE500, so I was pleasantly impressed with that model also.
Haven’t gotten to unboxing the HE300 and HE400 yet.

I would leave the HE-300 and HE-400 in the box, as they will resell at a higher value unused. As for the HE-6 and HE-500, I would think that you learned your lesson from your broken HE-6 that there are headphone amps that will power them with authority these days.
Yes I’ve learned, actually blew another pair of HE6SE about a month ago that I have forgotten to mention xD After that pair I went ahead and bought the Burson Soloist 3x.. The A90 drove all HE6’s models well, but the Burson have noticeably better sub bass control.

That is a stock Hifiman 4-pin-XLR cable with mini-SMC connectors, which are like the connectors on this one:
