Some dealers are and some aren't.

I believe that it was their personal choice to follow it, but I'd reach out to Jim@nobleaudio.com to confirm and see if he can get something sorted for you along the lines of a local pick-up.

Distribution isn't my area of focus so I can't say as to how the deal with distributor exactly works, Jim does all that so he can better answer that question for you!
