The D100 pro firmware I have is 2.3.9.for almost a year ...
I agree that dsd output should be on the iis output too.

  I own D100 Pro Deluxe.  Is there any firmware update to connect with CD-ONE? 

The latest firmware is V2.7.4 at present. Have you upgraded it?
Next firmware with Airplay function will be released on next month. You could upgrade it then.

If connected with PC, CD-ONE need a rip software. dbpoweramp and EAC are recommended. But EAC is only for Windows PC.
Besides PC, another choice is to match CD-ONE with one of Soundaware audio players, which is strongly recommended. As Soundaware audio player could rip and playback CD.
