Is there any CD to recommend for frequency analyzes of your headphone.
I mean with a tone of 20 Hz and next tone 50 Hz for example and so on up to 20 kHz. Only an example.
In other word a test CD for analyzing how you hear the different frequencies.

Bilstereo Tidningen once had a record called "the Calibrator" which had a lot of single frequency tones and sweeps and more. Don't know if they've got it any more. A Norwegian store chain called Hifi-klubben have got a record with the same name, I guess it's much the same. If you can't find it in Sweden, www.hifiklubben.no will probably ship to you.

If not found, you can easily (although time consuming) create one yourself using something like cool edit. Made my own bass burn in disc this way.

what you need is a whitenoise track. I'll post a wavefile of a 30 second one in a second here. Burn it to a CD as audio and you'll be set. Whitenoise is basically noise signal that consists of all possible frequencies at the same relative amplitudes (there's also brown noise and pink noise but I always forget the differences between all of these). It makes it very easy to tell frequency response.

edit: see the below post for the file.

Stereophile Magazine has four test CDs with warble tones at various frequencies for measuring the response of a stereo system. Warble tones are tones that vary in frequency around a central tone. If you're using a CD like this to measure the response of speakers, this avoids problems with room resonances. That shouldn't be an issue with headphones. The CDs also have other tracks for testing equipment and well-recorded music tracks.
