Hey, thanks for the info. I always noticed some cd's sounded terrible, specifically the ones I received from one of those cd clubs I rather not mention. I wonder if these were recorded as described on this site.

The Guns N' Roses double live album clips worse then the Zwan cd. Also I sent a message off to complain about the Zwan cd the day after it came out hehe..

This seems to substantiate the thread going on in the muic forum about how sometimes the remasters of albums sound infinitly craptacular compaired to the origonal cd.
