Files attached. BOM is published in the thread (first post). Particular attention should be focused on the screwed spacer sleeves. Good luck!

https://cdn.head-fi.org/a/11477670.zip (TTF.zip)
https://cdn.head-fi.org/a/11477671.zip (KTK-CCS-MOD.pcb.zip)

TTF are font files. They must be selected, right-clicked and selected "Install". They are installed into the Windows operating system to display in P-CAD 2006 app the characters on the printed circuit board correctly.

PCB is a board file. It is made in P-CAD 2006 (Service Pack 2).

Unfortunately, that's all I can do to help. If you want to figure it out yourself, you'll have to learn how to work in P-CAD. Or just give it all to manufacturing, the files are prepared for printing the board.

Justas.

Just in case that would interest anybody, the CCS principle can also be used using tubes only, it is then called SRPP “shunt regulated push pull”. I have such a modified amp for STAX headphones here now and it sounds great!

SRPP is not constant current. For SRPP the output is taken off the cathode of the top tube.
For constant current the output is taken from the plate of the bottom tube.
big difference in performance. Especially true because the electrostatic load is not a constant impedance.

Kevin, after close examination I found out that the output is actually taken from the anodes (plates) - so it is a “tube CCS” solution at work in my amp! Measured about 40% more headroom before clipping starts, with CCS now!

Very happy with its performance and sound!!
