Will the price ever go back up to the original $6450 price on the Liquid Gold?  How long will the price be at $3950?

Hello folks. Just a quick update. Amps have been going out and more will go out this week. The timing that I noted in earlier post is still true though. It will take a 3-5 more weeks to get everything delivered.

FYI for those waiting, I will be traveling to the SoCal (LA) headfi meet leaving this Thu the 20th. Won't be back to Austin for about a week. Amps will not ship while I am away, but we will keep building them. I hope to have a stack of them when I get back. :)

The special lasts until we run out of current production units or June 15, whichever comes first. :)

Will there be a upgraded version of the Liquid Gold?  Thanks.

Yes, unfortunately, still no stock on the e-stat amps. We had not planned for a production run this Spring, but given the many, many requests, we wish we had. :)

Look for availability in the Fall for both the LL and the LS.

You're in luck, there's a LL1 for sale right now for half the original price: http://www.head-fi.org/t/710440/cavalli-audio-liquid-lightning-mki

That person also is selling SR-009s at a competitive price without the 6+ month wait. http://www.head-fi.org/t/710437/stax-sr009

That's a bad news. I like your amp design And want to build 009 system this year.

Yes, I know. We wish we had chosen to make more this Spring. But, there should be nice availability on the Fall.

The LL1 was built in the original chassis style. That's most of the difference. All amps are now built with the new heavy aluminum chassis with the stealth black look and engraved front panel.

The LL2's board was tweaked to reduce parasitic capacitance too.
