I just ordered a wireless squeezebox, however since I have a wired network now I thought I'd start with ethernet wiring. So my question is - Is there any sound quality difference between cat5e and cat6 cable? I would assume since cat6 is a larger wire and supposedly cuts down on emi it would be better. Am I wrong? The cost is only 2 or 3 dollars more so thats not really an issue.
Thanks.

Wont make a lick of a difference for something like that... Now if you plan on actually stringing a network for computers with gigabit nics etc, then cat-6 would be advisable.
