I went outside tonight to smoke under the pavilion. It had been raining all day, it was cold and everything was wet but me and my cigar.
When al of a sudden, Boots, the other cat that lived outside with Tut, came over and climbed up on my lap where it was warm and dry, and Tut had done before I brought him in. They had never seen Tut do that and this was the first time Boots had done it.I knew of.
Had it not been raining I would have set there hours til someone came out to see it, or taken a photo of it if I had my phone. But cute as it was and much as I'd like to bring him inside, he can't come in.
This is Tut's Home and you're sitting in his favorite spot, Boots. Tut got treated like a second class kitizen when he lived outside while Boots got all the attention and adoration. Tut is used to having me all to himself, depends on me to care for and protect him and I would not leave the burning building without him going with me.
He is my baby and I love him more than fire . Something to consider when the person who was sleeping on the couch in the apartment directly below where I had been sleeping on the couch in mine burned to death a few years ago.
Just so I already know what to do, because someone has to and disaster planning not Tut's strong point. Cute and cuddly not mine but together we balance each other out nicely.

See, now this thread I can get in to. Arya is the oldest at 9. Gandalf is a 22 Lb monster. Willow is super sweet and loving. And Janelle is the new stray we just took in. She wants all the love in the world but doesn't understand that involves getting pet, which she barely tolerates.
