I am buying Acid's RS-1's, but I want to get a case for them that will make sure that they are kept safe from any bad things. I was thinking of a pelican case. What do you guys think? Is it a little to obsessive?

I was thinking of the 1200. Is that the right size? I have no idea. Thanks.

I don't think it's obsessive wanting to protect a $400 pair of headphones, try sensible.

As for the Pelican case, I think jude used one for his SR-325s quite happily before. They are supposedly very rugged.

You can also try a small safe or one of those metal bullet proof cases as well.

Of course, in KR's case with his HP-2s, nothing short of an amoured car!
