They look like OSP monitors (probably are re-branded)....not bad and the price is decent for a new pair. The OSP (IIRC) were comparable to the Shure E2c in quality of sound. The build quality isn't bad either and I think is worth Carvin's price. They generally offers good quality stuff for the price.
