I was amazed at how small the Clip Zip & Clip+ really are. I read the specs & looked at the pictures, but when I pulled it out of the box, I still went: "Wow!"

Consider rockboxing your zip and adding a Fiio E6 amp. Its a whole different animal. Really opens up the soundstage even if you don't need the power. Prob still fit also.
