I've got a thread with this somewhere.  I will tell you there are a few who own these but I haven't read anything in the way of a review anywhere.  They look nice but are so freaking expensive that not many buy them.  I bought the Q-Silk cables and am quite happy with those.  One of the big pluses is the cable itself is so flexible and comfortable.
