You can try CamStudio.
It's a screen capture program that saves whatever you have on your screen as a avi file.
The trick with real audio files is not to have the streaming file play as a video overlay.
You can turn this off by shutting down your video card's acceleration setting in display properties.
This will then force the video to play on your desktop directly instead of an overlay and you should be able to capture it with CamStudio.
