Once you meet the requirements to post, the change isn't instantaneous. That being said, you should be able to post your classified now.

We should open a 15 poster's topic just for classifieds.
I think 15 post won't make us better forumers but we will
post a bunch of useless post just to reach this limit.

I'm a long time forum lurker but rarely if ever have anything useful to add so I keep being silent. But I want to get rid of some excess equipment without paying the silly eBay fees. Now I have to think hard what to say to reach the post count
