You can bypass the amp. Get a FiiO E17 and return the soundcard.

You could keep the soundcard for your gaming needs, but attach an amp when you want to listen to music.
The signal won't be amped two times: the soundcard will be bypassed and used only as a dac when the external amp is plugged.

But the sound card is so good that give me a whole new experiance in games and allow my external 2.1 speakers to sound amazing...
 
EDIT: I just read your post, which cheap amp you recommend for either Vmoda LP2 or DT770 80 OHM ?
 
Also, you think my analogy was wrong and that the DT770 just distort in general and it wasn't because of the high impedance my sound card have ?

Highly likely. You could try it with a different source (maybe unamped) and see if it gets the same distortion as it would on your soundcard.

I wonder how many people return perfectly good headphones, unbeknownst to them it's what they're plugging them into that's the problem.
