Can't choose headphones to buy.

Hi, so I have been looking at upgrading my headphones and figured I had a budget around $750. I mainly listen to EDM and Electro Swing. I have read that the Sony MDR Z7 and the Beyerdynamic DT 1770 Pro headphones would be a good choice, if you have something to recommend, please do.
