Ive read the forums, ive done all of the modifications,  what can i do at this point?  i am still within return policy should i just return them and get something else?
 
I really like the sound when they seal but i cannot seem to get a good seal.  
 
any insight would be greatly appreciated, Louis

That's what I would do at this point. Perhaps the K267 will have smaller pads with similar sound? Next month mid Dec release date.

Just go and return them. Just out of curiosity, what was difficult about getting a good seal out of it? Just got back from trying it out (for two hours!) at a local store, and I didn't realize how noisy the place was until I removed them (I was A-B-ing sources, not headphones), but the pads and even the headband adjuster on that unit are a bit worn.
